Use of this website

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse it without our written permission. Logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for the period mentioned on them. Work starts after the agreed advance payment. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, app-store fees and ad budgets are paid separately.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the final website, software code, designs and content created specifically for them, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We follow best practices for websites, SEO and advertising, but search rankings, leads and sales depend on many outside factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others to delivered work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
